When we decided to make changework and training our profession, we tested some different approaches before founding Munro:Sharp Training.
We embarked on a personal development journey, which led to us working (sometimes by invitation) with some of the leading international names in NLP. After many hundreds of hours of training, research, practice and, naturally, work with clients, we have been awarded the following licenses and certificates by the Society of NLP:
Advanced Therapeutic Specialist – trained by Mark Hayley (apprentice to Dr. Bander) and Gabriel Guerrero, Master Trainer, plus Eric Robbie, co-creator of NLP.
This invitation only course teaches the patterns and procedures used by Dr. Bandler when he works with private clients. It opens up NLP and hypnosis to a new level, enabling calibration of clients inner thoughts and their deep personal enhancement. The Society has recognised fewer than 50 people worldwide as Therapeutic Specialists, and our participation shows the level of trust placed in us and our colleagues to develop NLP as a viable and extremely effective therapeutic intervention (something the UK government are currently exploring as a means of moving people out of depression and into a less dependent future). NLP Trainer Training and Advanced Platform Skills – trained by Bandler, McKenna and La Valle. An intense period of breaking down our old training and teaching habits and installing new, better, ones. New language and hypnotic patterns bring even deeper effectiveness to work with clients and training skills are taken to a new level of excellence. Successful completion of this course means we now have the right to recommend certification at NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels to Dr. Richard Bandler.
NLP Master Practitioner – trained by Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna and John La Valle, President of the Society of NLP. A Master Practitioner blends existing change processes and creates new ones in order to catalyse change elegantly and deeply.
Hypnotic Practitioner – trained by Richard Bandler (who was taught hypnosis by one of the giants of therapeutic hypnosis Milton Erickson, and recognised by Erickson as one of the world's leading hypnotists), Paul McKenna (taught by Dr. Bandler and who has changed millions of lives through his books, TV programmes and training courses) and John La Valle (close associate of Bandler and, in turn, a highly skilled hypnotist and outstanding business consultant).
A Hypnotic Practitioner uses Milton Erickson's techniques (the 'Milton Model'), plus the subsequent refinements by Dr. Bandler, to effect deep change at the unconscious level.
Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterner – trained by Dr. Bandler and John La Valle. Richard Bandler says:
Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning is about using very deep trance tools to be able to make very pervasive changes across a wide range of behaviour to teach people the most important thing which is to spend more time practicing feeling good ... It's not that you’re not capable of it, it’s just that you are not using your neurology that way. I want to get people out of the personal jails that they build for themselves and then you’ll have greater freedom because all my work is about personal freedom.”
NLP Practitioner – trained by Dr. Richard Bandler, the original co-creator of NLP, expert hypnotist Paul McKenna, and leading Success Coach Michael Neill. The Practitioner seminar is a personal development programme and introduces the key elements of NLP and hypnosis.
